Francine Delgado serves as Senior Vice President for New York City Programs, providing strategic leadership and management oversight of all workforce development, asset building and small business intiatives  for Seedco's largest program site. She has been with Seedco for nine years. Prior to joining Seedco, Francine was Director of Development at Credit Where Credit is Due, a community development financial institution in Washington Heights. She also served as an Assistant Development Director for the White House Project. Francine earned her BA from Hamilton College and a M.S. in Urban Policy Analysis and Management from the Milano School at New School University.
