Natasha Lifton serves as Senior Vice President for External Affairs, providing strategic leadership and management oversight of all program development, technical assistance, communications and government relations operations for Seedco. Prior to joining Seedco, Natasha was Director and then Interim Senior Director of Child Care and Early Education Initiatives at the United Way of New York City, as well as other management positions at the Consortium for Worker Education and the Office of the Public Advocate for the City of New York. Natasha earned her BA from University of Notre Dame, a MA in Media Studies from New York University and MS in Urban Affairs from Hunter College, CUNY.
