As Program and Project Managers, Seedco will:

• Deliver services through networks of partners
• Create partnership agreements and performance-based contract templates
• Develop user-friendly dashboard indicators and associated targets to track the impact of initiatives
• Provide guidance on developing program and contract compliance processes
• Convene partners and build relationships with employers, government, and community-based organizations
• Advise on fiscal allocations and provide fiscal oversight
