A well-trained workforce is central to productivity, staff retention, and the bottom line.  At the three Seedco-operated NYC Business Solutions Centers, under contract to the NYC Department of Small Business Services, we offer a variety of training services for employees at no cost.

We can help employers find the right training solution to meet the needs of their employees, such as:

• Acquiring new or enhancing skills
• Industry-specific training
• Software training

Seedco can work with employers to reimburse a portion of the cost of training employees, and can also introduce employers to packaged, no-cost training programs.

In locations outside of New York City, Seedco’s Consulting and Technical Assistance team provides training to support small businesses and entrepreneurs.
