Since the second half of 2008, Seedco has provided more than 14,000 foreclosure intervention counseling services.
Housing is often the highest living cost for low- and moderate-income families. With poor credit histories or a lack of savings, these families are forced into substandard rental situations and find themselves ineligible for favorable mortgages and unable to purchase their own homes.
