Our technical assistance services are rooted in our program experience with partner organizations. With over 20 years of experience developing and implementing anti-poverty programs, we are able to identify effective program management strategies—making our approach unique from other technical assistance providers.

We aim to build the capacity of our clients by improving the quality of programs and by developing organizational infrastructure. We assist our clients with high-impact projects through the introduction of sound, outcomes-based, management practices. We encourage clients to focus on the continuous assessment of their outcomes and to use data to improve their performance. Our Performance Measurement and Management® (PM&M) program provides clients with the tools to plan their projects and develop systems to monitor and manage the success of their initiatives over time.
