Low-income men often face multiple barriers to employment and financial security. Low-income men who are also non-custodial parents carry the additional challenges of child support obligations and estrangement from their children.

To address these needs, Seedco launched the Fatherhood Initiative in 2006 to provide non-custodial fathers with services that help them enter the workforce, meet their financial obligations and have a positive impact on the lives of their children.

In order to help these low-income men secure employment and become better parents, Seedco has packaged our proven employment services with legal services and parenting training.

The Fatherhood Initiative offers:
  • › Employment Services
  • › Intensive Case Management and Counseling
  • › Parenting Training
  • › Legal Services
  • › Financial Counseling
  • › Access to public assistance and work supports through Seedco's EarnBenefits Program
