Housing Counseling
Seedco's Housing Counseling network consists of 43 community-based organizations spanning 13 states and Washington, D.C.: Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New York, New Jersey, Tennessee, and Texas. Although Seedco is responsible for the overall design and structure of each program, implementation is facilitated through partnerships with local community-based organizations and customized to accommodate local capacity and resources.
Technical Assistance
Drawing on our experience designing programs, Seedco assists nonprofits and government organizations in planning and successfully implementing new initiatives. Currently, Seedco is providing technical assistance in the following states: New York, Tennessee, Maryland, Iowa, Georgia, Rhode Island, Kentucky, Texas, Michigan and Louisiana.
