Non-custodial fathers are sometimes unable to meet their child support obligations, often resulting in additional financial problems and estrangement from their children.
Seedco developed the Fatherhood Initiative to provide non-custodial parents with services they need to enter the workforce, meet their financial obligations, and have a positive impact on the lives of their children.

Seedco developed the Fatherhood Initiative to provide non-custodial parents with services they need to enter the workforce, meet their financial obligations, and have a positive impact on the lives of their children.
Services include:
- › Intensive case management, referral and counseling;
- › Employment services, including job readiness training, skills training, and placement assistance;
- › Parenting training,
- › Legal assistance, including understanding family law processes and rap sheet cleansing;
- › Financial counseling, including debt management; and
- › Access to work supports.
