Seedco's Workforce Development strategy is designed to help unemployed and hard-to-employ workers join the mainstream labor market and achieve economic self-sufficiency. We create and operate cutting-edge workforce development programs that hold a promise to significantly impact targeted communities.
Our goal is to advance beyond the traditional practice of focusing on a quick placement of job seekers into entry-level positions. Seedco and our partners closely track how long clients remain employed and how they're performing at the job. Those who have trouble are given more aid; those who do well are helped to build on their success and to advance up the career ladder.
