“We learned a lot from last year’s open enrollment about how to streamline the process,” said Chermale Casem, Chief Operating Officer of Seedco’s Mid-South regional office in Memphis. “However, we still find that many consumers do not realize they may be eligible for financial assistance and often wait until too late to seek assistance,” Casem said by e-mail.
